Armescreed

Description:

Armescreed is a 3 part trowel on hi-build epoxy coating, that is recommended wherever a hard wearing, durable floor topping is required.

Features:

Armescreed has exceptional abrasion and chemical resistance, easy cleaning, with a decorative finish.

Preparation:

All concrete, new and old existing, to be Acid Etched, then water-blasted clean to remove all litence etc., to give a clean porous substrate - the concrete must be dry before application.

Pot Life:

Maximum 1 hour at 20'C

Mixing Instuctions:

Mix Armescreed Resin 'A' - 2 parts by volume, to Armescreed 'B' - 1 part by volume.  Mix together, allow to stand for 1 minute, then mix again.

Warning:

Do not allow mixed Resin to stand for more than 10 minutes before adding aggregate.  Add up to 10 parts of dry aggregate (PartC) by volume, to mixed Resin.  Mix to a uniform consistency before application.  NOTE: 3 parts Resin, plus 10 parts aggregate results in approximately 8 parts of wet screed.

Application:

Apply with screed, or trowel to desired thickness and finish - use cleaning solvent on trowel to assist trowelling to fine, even finish.
