By volume - Mix 50 / 50 equal parts Part A to Part B
Mix equal parts Part A to Part B (200mls of each) Important to keep correct accurate mixing ratio by volume to ensure proper curing and hardness.
- Mix ultracoat 100 equal parts by volume.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes induction time.
- Add 60-100% U.C. 500 reducer, thoroughly mix together.
- Apply 1 even light coat, allow ultracoat 100 to tack off for 10-20 minutes before futher application.
- Then apply further coats utilising this same technique to obtain desired finish.
Application of a thick filmbuild with coat after coat in quick succession can entrap solvent that would result in a softer film when cured.
