Apply Chemclean Degreaser, then waterblast using 3000 PSI -
removing all loose flaky paint, grease, alkali, milk, fats,
etc. For difficult grease, use steam cleaning.
New Buildings
Concrete and Blocks - Apply 2 -3 heavy coats of Aquepoxy at 3m2
per litre coverage. Allow 4-6 hours between coats, ensure all
voids in blocks are completely filled and sealed. In cold
conditions use Activator mixed with Aquepoxy. Aquepoxy to be
tinted to correct Basecolour.
Apply 1 coat of Multifleck at 3m2 per litre coverage.
Allow 8-24 hours to dry.
Apply 2 coats of Ultraclear 500 at 6m2 per litre coverage.
Allow 8 hours between coats.
It is recommended that the outside block walls are also
waterproofed.
