Steel - Degrease according to SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning. remove all weld splatter, radius sharp edges, and grind weld seams. Blast clean to Swedish Standard 05 59 00 minimum Sa 2 1/2. the blast profile should not exceed 50 microns.
Brush, roller, conventional or airless spray 17-26mm fluid tip, electrostatic spray
Thin with UC500 Reducer. Clean up with UC500 Reducer. Electrostatic Solven blends available on request.
Wear protective overalls, goggles and gloves. maintain adequate ventilation at all times. when spraying, use approved respirator with organic vapour cartridge.
