Colourseal is not a paint, but rather a fully integrated
elastomeric acrylic system that binds to any correctly prepared
existing tile or iron roof. Colourseal creates a perfect
seal, yet remains totally flexible even under harsh weather
conditions and extremes of temperature.
The Colourseal system includes making good any repairs such as
cracks in ridge and hip cappings prior to applying the flexible
membrane.
Applied to the roof first to kill and eradicate all moss and
mould growth on and in the tiles. The efficiency of the
chemical wash destroys and shrinks the moss roots, ensuring total
removal when waterblasting the roof clean.
Is sprayed on to the clean roof to assisted in the surface
sealing and adhesion of all subsequent coats giving strength and
bonding to the tiles. Forms the perfect base. Dries
clear.
This pigmented sealer is a key coat for colour depth and
prevention of blemishes in the hi build coat.
A flexible membrane that is a pure acrylic product that will
provide a durable, mould free, weatherproof and maintenance free
protective coating for the roof. Sprayed on at approximately
1 mm thickness it completely covers the top and exposed edges of
all tiles to ensure a total seal and attractive smooth
finish. Available in 10 fade free colours or custom colours
manufactured to suit special preferences.
The final coat that dissolves into the hi build finish thus
fusing itself to it. Leaving a bonded laminated of
glaze. Extremely hardwearing, totally waterproof and dirt
resistant. Able to withstand all heat of the summer
sun. This glaze ensures the roof will remain with its day one
lustre for many years. No fading or oxidising as with lesser
paint.
New untreated, or old weathered iron roofs.
Completely removes built-up dirt and grime and loosely adhered
flaking paint, etc.
A specially formulated pigmented primer to prepare the roof for
the positive adhesion of the flexible Colourseal Membrane.
The flexible pure acrylic membrane that is applied at 1 mm
thickness - the coating shrinks and expands with the iron roof
providing a maintenance free total seal.
A bonded coat that ensures the roof stays hardwearing,
waterproof and dirt resistant. Able to withstand the heat of
the summer sun. Day one lustre for many years, without fading
or oxidising.
The colourseal Weatherproof system is guaranteed for 10 years to
meet the harsh and varied New Zealand climate. Colourseal
gives a longer lasting glossy colour finish to enhance the value
and appearance of any building.
GUARANTEED TOTALLY MOULD FREE, each coating contains very stong
mould inhibitors to give total protection against mould growth.
