A clear water
thinnable emulsion based on a mixture of silicones. Diluted
solutions of MICROSIL provide a water repellent primer for
impregnating and priming mineral surfaces such as concrete, stucco,
cement plaster etc
MICROSIL reduces the capillary
absorption of the substrate but does not clog pores or capillaries
therefore allowing the substrate to "breathe"
Description: Waterbased silicone
emulsion
Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are
clean, dry free from contamination.
Application: Thin one volume of MICROSIL
with between two and four volumes of water.
Apply by brush ,roller or
spray.
Coverage: 8 - 10 m² per litre per coat,
two coats recommended on very absorbent surfaces applied as a
wet-on-wet process.
Product may take several days to build up
full water repellancy.
Caution
Product is waterbased however it is advisable to avoid
spray mist and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash any splashes
with copious amounts of water.
