Description:

Colourtrend Acrylic Paint has been formulated using the very latest technology in high performance pure acrylic systems.

Provides exceptional adhesion, weather and ultra-violet light resistance for long term protection of Strongwall Insulated cladding systems.

Preparation:

Existing Stucco, Strongwall or concrete should be Chemocide treated, then waterblasted clean,  then apply 1 coat of Strongwall Sealer to total areas

Application:

New and existing Strongwall, Stucco or concrete.

1. Apply 1 coat of Strongwall Sealer @ 3m² per litre coverage using No.3 roller and pole system or airless spray.  Allow 2-4 hours to dry
2. Apply 1 Coat of Colourtrend Acrylic Paint @ 6m² per litre coverage.  apply full flood coats, then lay off downwards in even roller strokes to provide even finish
3. apply second coat of colourtrend Acrylic Paint @ 6 m² per litre application as above, ensuring good wet edge is maintained providing an even finish.

Alternative options:

Glaze Coat

Optional is a Glaze coat or Pigmented Glaze - providing greater protection with self-cleaning properties.  the Glaze can be applied every 8-10 years, further extending the life of the colourtrend Acrylic Paint System.

Limewash for Special Effects

Alternatively, Mediterranean Limewash applied to achieve old fashioned designer white wash for that antique appearance in white, individual or separate basecoulours to simulate old bleached Roman architectural designs and marblising effects.  All colours available including Mexican Terracotta.

Painting Strongwall cladding systems, modified cements, Styroform building blocks, Stucco, block and concrete buildings, timber, weatherboard houses, factories, schools, freezing works, dairy companies, hospitals, shopping malls, commercial buildings, houses etc.

Instructions:

Application	Roller, brush, speedbrush, conventional or airless spray
Thinning	use as supplied - add 10 - 20% clean water in hot condition to assist maintaining wet edge.  Clean up with soap and water - use Methylated Spirits if dry
Coverage	6m² per litre on sealed Textures / Stucco 8-10m² per litre (approximately) on smooth substrates at 160 microns WFB, 85 microns DFB
Dry Time	Touch - 15 minutes Hard - 4 hours
Recoat	1-4 hours, dependent on ambient temperature
Packaging	1, 2, 4, 10, 20 Litre plastic Pails
