Description:

Colourtrend paints are an exceptional high quality paint designed for interior or exterior use.  They contain very high resin loadings, high ultra-violet protective additives with sufficient biocide and mould inhibitors to provide long term protection and durability - especially in tropical countries.

Features:

Colourtrend paints can be supplied in high gloss, semi or low sheen.  Timber finish is supplied in low sheen to all BS colours and can be applied interior or exterior, with wood preserving properties directly onto Triboard for long term protection or even over Strongwall System when applied to Triboard.

Preparation:

All Triboard is generally sealed using Triseal or Triseal Bug Free, but still requires 1 coat of Strongwall Sealer, or 3 coats of Timber Finish.

All tapered joints should be stopped out.  Flush using Gapflex and 75mm Polypropylene Tape.  all staple holes and corners, should also be filled with Gapflex.  Sanded smooth if required.

Application:

1. Apply 1 coat of Strongwall Sealer @6-8m² per litre in colour as required, or 1 coat of Timber Finish
2. Apply, using mohair roller, brush, airless spray, 1 coat of Timber Finish or Colourtrend High/Semi Gloss.  allow 4-6 hours to dry.
3. Apply second coat as above with mohair roller, maintaining a good wet edge and lay off downwards in one direction to achieve an even finish in colours, or white as required.
