Polycoat Maintenance Enamel is manufactured from a marine
quality urethane that provides outstanding chemical, abrasion,
corrosion and water resistance. To be used in extreme
environmental situations for maintenance protection and
durability.

Polycoat Maintenance Enamel is used to overcoat steel,
machinery, equipment, roofing iron, steel roof trusses, RSJ Beams,
solvent drums, resin drums, forkhoists, tractors, trucks, farm
machinery, flooring, walls.
For best results under all steel, use 2 coats Tetracure P10
Primer to sandblasted steel to Swedish specifications Class SA 2½
Swedish Standards SIS 05-5900:1967.
- Using roller, brush, airless spray, pressure pot spray,
electrostatic spray.
- Spraying - apply 1 light dust coat. Allow 5-10
minutes. Apply 2 further coats - allow 5-10 minutes betwen
coats.
Brush/Rolling - apply 1 coat. allow 4-6 hours. Apply
second coat as requried.
Use Winter Thinners / turps / Spraying Thinners
8 - 12 m² per litre per coat, dependent on substrate type.
White and all B.S. colours available.
Supplied in -1, 2, 4, 10, 20 litre steel D.G. pails
