this unique coating provides permanent elastomeric flexible
properties along with insect control that will provide long term
protection against all types of insects. CTEM Bug Free covers
any surface with a complete elastic durable protective film.

provide protection for approximately 3 - 5 years, depending on

CTEM Bug Free has been developed for the long term protection
and weatherproofing of concrete buildings, hotels, shopping
complexes, schools, hospitals, bungalows, comercial buildings,
galvanised iron roofs, steel, iron, bridges, waterproofing
concrete, block buildings, storage tanks, freezing works, oil
refineries, breweries, etc.
CTEM Bug Free can also be used on floors, walls, ceilings, in
domestic and commercial buildings such as housing, offices, hotels,
warehouses, schools, hospitals, restaurants, food processing
facilities, factories, farms, agricultural complexes etc.
CTEM Bug Free provides excellent protection against mould
fungus. It is ideal for hygiene areas with M.A.F.
Approval.
CTEM Bug Free can be used on super six fibre cement roofs,
plywood roofs, galvanised iron, concrete tiles, concrete, asbestos,
decromastic chip roofs and any surface that requires a of
mastic. On plywood roof systems, the use of embedded mesh
provides a total roofing system.
Flooring grade is produced as a non-slip durable floor coating
for steps, tennis courts, flooring, patios, decks, boats, ships,
swimming pool surrounds, workshops etc.

CTEM Bug Free Flexible Membrane will dry and can be recoated
after 2 hours at 20ºC - in cold or humid conditions. Allow 8
hours before application of second coat. |

4 - 6 m² per litre per coat (1 litre of CTEM Bug Free Flexible
Membrane per 1m@ achieve with 2 coats provides a dry film build of
0.500 - 0.600 microns |
Always apply 2 coats. Plywood roof systems - 4 coats
recommended with fibre mesh embedded.
Use correct Sealers on concrete and fibrolite, Tetracure P10
Primer to be used on galvanised iron, steel and bridge structures,
etc. always refer to preparation specification sheets before
any application.
New and old concrete must be waterblasted and the Acid
Etched. apply appropriate Sealer. Rust to be wire
brushed, then converted with Rid rust converter, then apply 1 coat
of Tetracure P10 primer. galvanised iron to be cleaned with
Chemocide Etch to remove oidaton, thn primed with Tetracure P10
