Clearflex is a flexibilised crystal clear finish manufactured
from high quality Acrylic Polymer and is designed to seal and glaze
a variety of surfaces.
Especially suited as a protective glaze coat over texture and
splatter finishes.

- Suitable for interior or exterior use, with exception
durability.
Glaze coat over textured and special effects sufaces.
Suitable as a clear finish over funiture, hardboard, MDF board, and
most metals. Clearflex can be applied over lacquer and acid
catalysed topcoats.
By spray, airlessspray, air mix, electrostatic spray.
Small areas can be applied by brush or roller.
Apply 1 -2 coats with minimal thinning.
- Thin first coat 30-50% with A.P. thinners. Allow minimum
20 minutes to dry, sand slightly to a smooth finish - dust
free.
- Apply 3 - 4 further coats maintaining a good wet edge.
Aallow to dry. Sand between coats if required. (note: some
porous timbers or composite board may require further coats)
Wear Protective overalls, goggles and gloves. Maintain
adequate ventilation at all tims. When spraying use an
approved respirator with organic vapour cartridge.
Eye Contact: |
Flush with copious amounts of water, or dilute boric acid
solution and seek immediate medical aid. |
Skin Contact: |
Wash thoroughly with soap and warm water. |
Keep away from sparks and open flame. Smoking should not
be permitted in working areas.
Extremely Flammable Liquid - Keep out of reach of children -
Avoid breathing vapours - Contains aromatic hydrocarbon
solvents.
