A high build acrylic finish with a variety of low profile fleck
combinations giving and almost infinite colour variation based on
the BSS 5252 range. Extreme durability makes this the first
choice for commerical application in high and low rise buildings,
hotels, motels, etc.
Applied on ceilings,walls and other structures both commercial
and residential, over Gib-board, fibrous plaster, concrete, blocks,
fibre cement sheeting, specifically recommended for all hard worked
areas including service rooms, shower linings, ablution blocks,
ec.
Good abrasion and impact resistance, excellent durability and
easy to clean.
A low sheen - can be over-glazed with Multiclear Satin or
Gloss.
By a Special Finishes Licensed Applicator, usually by airless
spray or pressure pot system, although the Hi Build Acrylic can be
rolled. Spotting of colour-flecks is controlled by the
applicator to give varying degrees of cover and can include many
colour combinations of your choice.
Most substrates require sealing prior to application of the Hi
Build base coat. Gib-board and plaster should have a coat of
Special Finishes Multiseal Alkyd Sealer, allowed to dry thoroughly
before Sprayflex coating. All substrates must be clean, dry
and free from contaminants such as oil, etc., that may impair the
adhesion of the system.

finish Ultraglaze is recommended. Refer to separate data
