Description:

Flexicure RT100 Sponge Finish is an acrylic hi build texture that will provide a natural sponged finish effect with a medium texture, that remains permanently flexible, formulated in all colours as desired.

Fleicure RT100 Sponge Finish can be worked into a variety of endless patterns providing an elegant subtle appearance with special effects - producing decor with a difference.

Use on exterior buildings and can also be used on interior walls over gib-board or elephant plaster board for a specialised sponge finish inside projects.

Typical Uses:

Flexicure RT100 Sponge Finish is used eterior or interior, over Fibrecement Sheets, Hardite, Villaboard, concrete, plastered walls, block buildings, Styrofoam building blocks, over Strongwall, Gib-board, Elephant Plaster board on commercial buildings, shops, shopping malls, factories, schools, offices, restaurants, condominiums, bungalow complees, and any palce that requires a protective coating along with decorative sponge finishes or special effects.

Colours:

Flexicure RT100 Sponge Finish in white, stone white or all B.S. colours available or to your own colour sample.

Special Effects:

It is recommended that Flexicure RT100 Sponge Finish be overcoated with Colourglo Acrylic Low Sheen or Shieldte High Build or for buildings subject to considerable movement use Colourtrend Elastomeric Membrane (CTEM) in all colours.  Even overcoat Mexican Terracotta or any desired colour.  Multifleck can also be applied for an alternative unique effect.

Finish:

Low sheen, or can be overglaed for gloss finish or fraffiti protection.

Application:

Apply using steel trowel, hawk, hopper gun, pump systems, pressure pot.  Final desired finish, use plastic or wooden float.

Coverage:

Fleicure RT100 Sponge Finish - 2 litres per m2 @ 2mm thickness

Medium finish - 2-3 litres per m2 @ 2-3 mm thickness

Clean up/Thinning:

Do not thin, clean up suing water when wet.  Use Special Finishes Brushwash or Meths if dry.

Dangerous Goods:

Not applicable, waterbased.

Packaging:

4, 10, 20 litre plastic pails

Health & Safety:

Wear protective overalls.

Eye and skin contact: Flush with copious amounts of water.
