Adhesive Polymer for Cement Systems

Description:

Multibond Adhesive is a fine particle size Acrylic Adhesive polymer, designed to promote permanent adhesion and flexibility when blended with cement - on all types of substrates.

Features:

Multibond Adhesive will improve water resistance of concrete, allows for the application of thin plastered cement, for flushing compounds over existing new or old concrete, concrete beams, columns, ceilings, and blockwork.  Will prevent oxide pigment bleeding from coloured cements, pattern printed cements, used as a primer for floor toppings, and concreting over existing new or old cement floors.  Prevents rusting of reinforcing steel, and will stop solid plaster becoming drummy and losing adhesion, prevents dusting of concrete floors.

Suggested Uses:

Specifically formulated to be used with Portland cements for flushing over concrete with thin coats to achieve a smooth finish over concrete poured columns, beams, ceilings and block buildings.  used with concrete, Shieldpatch, Strongwall or coloured cements on hotels, hospitals, schools, factories, freezing works, commercial and industrial complexes.

Mixing Instructions:

Use 50% Multibond Adhesive based on quantity of cement in mix.  for optimum results, adhesion and weatherproofing, use 4 litres by volume to each bag of Shieldpatch.  the minimum quantity to be used is 25% based on Portland cement quantity in the batch of concrete.
