- Effective in removing surface rust and other insoluble deposits
from metal surfaces.
- Easy to use - brush or spray on, or for best results, immerse
articles in a bath of Rust-Off.
- forms a phosphate layer to give a strong bond when repainting
and inhibits further rust formation.
- Surfactant system will degrease light oil deposits.
- Use hot water for maximum efficiency.
- Dilute 1:5 (20%) with water for heavy deposits.
- Dilute Rust-Off 1:10 (10%) with water for lighter deposits and
tank immersion.
- Allow to react for a minimum of 15 minutes.
- Removal should be assisted with a wire brush on heavy
deposits.
- Rinse well with clean water and allow to dry.
- Final rinsing with a dilute oxidising agent can inhibit rust
bush on drying (recommend 0.1% potassium dichromate)

Rust-Off is a weakly acidic product. Avoid skin
contact. Wash splashed with soapy water. In case of eye
contact, wash eye with clean water for at least 15 minutes and as a
precaution seek medical attention.
Rust-Off must not be swallowed.
