Asbestos Fibre Binding Agent.
Fibreseal is a self-curing polymer specifically developed to
cure and contain all types of Asbestos particles.
This chemical action enters all voids in Asbestos, bonding all
fibres permanently together, preventing further cracking of fibre
sheets.
Contains sophisticated fungicide and mould inhibitors for
complete mould and algae protection. Used alone, or can be
overcoated with Colourtrend Elastomeric Membranes or Colourtrend
paint systems.
Extensively on old fibrolite sheeting, Super Six asbestos roofs,
textured ceiling sprays, fibreboards and dust sealer for concrete
substrate.
Extremely hard, flexible compound with early blanch and water
resistances coupled with U.V. and mould, algae, protective
characteristics.
Concrete Tiles: Dilute equal parts with clean and apply at 5m²
per litre to give an effective coverage rate of 10 m² per
litre. Asbestos Fibrecement roofs - apply undiluted at 6m²
per litre.
Can be applied undiluted by conventional spray, airless spray,
brush, or roller. When diluted can also be applied by
knapsack sprayer.
15 -30 minutes at 20°C and 50% RH. Overcoat after a
minimum of 2 hours.
