Ultraflex is a two pack flexible urethane designed as a total
waterproof system for exterior or interior use, supplied in all
colours, this unique coating incorporates the very latest in
surface technology.
Ultraflex provides an extremely hard wearing resilient flexible
surface, that cures fast with early water blanch resistance.
It can be used for waterproofing on all types of substrates and
flooring surfaces, on concrete / fibre cement floor sheeting /
plywood / in roof situation or decks, roof top parking, walkways
and in any situation where a waterproofing membrane system is
required. Use for homes, factories, commercial buildings, and
step coatings.

Ultraflex Colourcoat systems provide a very hard durable
coloured topcoat finish with high Ultraviolet resistance
properties, it contains two types of sophisticated UV protective
additives, this provides exceptional exterior durability, it is
also resistance to a wide range of chemicals. Colourcoat is
particularly suited to overcoat Ultraflexx on exterior projects,
decks, floors, roofs, etc, or any place were long term exterior UV
protection is required, additionally an antiski additive for use on
decks or walkways can be incorporated to the first coat, then when
dry a second Colourcoat should be applied to facilitate
cleaning. Colourcoat is supplied in all British Standard
colours to suit your project.
Do not apply below 10°C. At this temperature cure rate
will be considerably reduced.
Application to damp surfaces. Total Immersion, alkalies or
solvents.
Caution - solvent and resin fumes can be harmful and can
contaminate foodstuffs. Use protective clothing, gloves and
overalls. Provide and use OSH approved suitable respirator
when spraying.
Contains Isocyanates. When sprayed this product may be
harmful by inhalation. Do not breath vapour or spray.
Avoid contact with skin or eyes. wear protective clothing,
gloves, eye and face protector including suitable breathing
protection such as an air supplied respirator or hood. Refer
to OSH procedures for using Isocyanate product.
Ultraflex - (not applicable)
Ultraflex Colourcoat - 24°C contents flammable gives off
vapour. Keep well away from heat, sparks and flame.

Important to keep correct accurate mxiing ratio by volume to
ensure proper curing and hardness.

Ultraflex std - Decks / Floors - 1 litre / m² (2-3
m²/ litres / per coat @ 330 microns), 3 coats minimum.
Ultraflex Colourcoat - Decks / Floors - 3 litres / m² (6m² per /
litre per coat @ 166 microns), 2 coats minimum.
For correct material quantities, Ultraflex std allow 1 litre per
/ m². Ultraflex Colourcoat allow 3 litres per m²
Thin 10% -20% for spray application only using Ultraflex
solvent.
Ultraflex Solvent or SF Brush wash (Do not use Mineral
turpentine).
