Autogard Paint stripper

DESCRIPTION: A heavy duty brush-on paint stripper based on methylene chloride.

USES: Effectively removes most paints including acrylics, enamels, melamines, two-pot epoxies, acrylic urethanes, antifouling paints etc. Suitable for stripping painted wooden surfaces.

APPLICATION:
Apply by brush. Approx spread rate 1m2 per litre
Apply a generous coat over area to be stripped.
Most coatings will wrinkle during the stripping process; once the coating has wrinkled it can then be scraped off. Some coatings may only soften on the surface and may need longer reaction time and maybe a second application. Most of the stripping action will occur in the first ten minutes.

The product contains wax evaporation retarder. After removal of the stripped coating and excess Paint
Stripper the surface should be cleaned with solvent such as All Purpose Thinners, Xylol or Mineral
Turpentine to remove any wax residues.

Health and Safety: Excessive inhalation of fumes will produce dizziness. Skin contact will cause a burning sensation and redness of the skin. Refer to the MSDS and label for further health and safety information
