EPOXYFLEX Epoxy

DESCRIPTION: Epoxyflex is a 2 pack high viscosity thixotropic adhesive epoxy filler/jointing compound. When A and B are mixed it gives a strong permanent flexible filler and bond.

FEATURES: Epoxyflex adhesion is outstanding even on damp surfaces. Water can be applied to the surface to assist smoothing and finishing, and will prevent surface tack. Cures well even around 3°C in damp conditions.

USES: Epoxyflex is used to repair all types of concrete surfaces, on tile roofs, concrete floors and under Armepoxy, Floorkote systems and fibrolite decks. It is ideal for reinforced jointing on harditex and fibrolite where a fibreglass tape is recommended. Epoxyflex is used extensively as an adhesive for bonding all types of tiles. It’s also suitable for vertical areas as it will hold tiles in place. It provides an excellent waterproof system for wet areas.

MIXING: Ratio by volume: Equal parts A and B, 1 to 1

SEALING: Some surfaces may require Epoxy Sealers on timber, plywood or old concrete

PREPARATION: All concrete surfaces to be cleaned/waterblasted, and then must be Acid Etched

NUMBER OF COATS: 2 flushing coats will be required

COVERAGE: 1 litre of Compound will fill and flush 6 lineal metres - 50 x 6mm x 6mm reinforced joint.

DRY TIME: 4-10 hours

CLEAN UP: Soap and water or A.P. Thinners
