FAST DRY SILVER

DESCRIPTION: Fast Dry Silver is manufactures with an air drying epoxy polymer that has rapid drying properties. Designed as a general purpose fast dry silver paint with good U.V. performance

FEATURES:
* Can be applied over all types of automotive finishes, Lacquer Primers etc.
* Good U.V. performance
* Rapid drying
* Good heat resistance to 300oC
* Long lasting silver finish

USES: General purpose silver paint for cars, trucks etc, trailer chassis, touch up paint for chrome work. Suitable for steel hand rails, balustrades, wrought iron etc with appropriate primer.

APPLICATION: By spraying for large areas. Brushing is suitable only for small, intricate work. Apply 10-12m2 / litre per coat. Two coats recommended to give a dry film thickness of approximately 70 microns.

THINNING & CLEAN UP: Thinning not normally required for brush or spray but up to 25% AP Thinners may be used if necessary. Clean up use AP thinners or Gun Wash / Brush Wash.

PRIMING:
Metal - Steel, aluminium, galvanised iron, wrought iron – Tetracure P10 Primer.
Timber - (interior) Lacquer Primer.
Timber - (exterior) Not recommended.
Polyester Automotive Fillers - Tetracure P10 Primer.
Steel - interior only – can be used without primer.

HEALTH & SAFETY :
Wear protective overalls, goggles and gloves. Maintain adequate ventilation at all times.
When Spraying use approved respirator with organic vapour cartridge.

Eye Contact: Flush with copious amounts of water, or dilute boric acid solution and seek immediatemedical aid.

Skin Contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and warm water.

Warning: Keep away from sparks and open flames. Smoking should not be permitted in working areas. Extremely flammable liquid, Keep out of reach of children, Avoid breathing vapours,
