Multiseal Pigmented Sealer

DESCRIPTION: A high opacity, all purpose, alkali resistant, oil based, interior and exterior undercoat and sealer. Especially formulated to be compatible with all Special Finishes' products.
Available in white, but can be tinted.

USES: Recommended for sealing and undercoating new plaster, gib-board, concrete, fibrecement boards / Harditex, as an interior / exterior wood primer for timber, and as an exterior undercoat over Alkyd wood primer for weatherboards, timber, etc. when overcoating with acrylic or enamel systems.
Apply two coats when painting over Pinex or Hardboard.

FINISH: Provides an excellent base for all finishes. It is easy to apply and sands to a smooth high quality finish.

DRY TIME @ 20ºC: Touch dry 15-30 Minutes, Recoat 16-24 hours – With Enamels
6-8 Hours Minimum with Acrylics, Temperature should not fall below 10ºC while applying or drying.

APPLICATION: Brush, roller or spray conventional (or airless). Ready for use when rolling or brushing. Reduce with preferably using White Spirits to spray, approximately 10 - 25%.

COVERAGE: 8-10 m² per litre per coat, depending on roughness and porosity of substrate.

CAUTION: Flammable flashpoint 40ºC. Provide adequate ventilation.

CLEAN UP: White Sprits / Mineral Turpentine.
