Optiglue Epoxy

Description: A two pack high strength epoxy adhesive suitable for gluing most surfaces including timber, concrete, grp, aluminium etc.

Instructions:
Ensure surfaces to be glued are clean and free from grease, oil, dust, dirt etc. Sand surfaces if possible. Mix 2 volumes of Part A to one volume of Part B. Mix thoroughly otherwise glue strength will be reduced. Apply glue to both surfaces and then combine with pressure, preferably clamping, for 24 hours at normal temperatures. Cure time is extended in colder conditions.

Properties:
Pot Life approx 1 hours at 20° C
Thin film cure approx 4 hours at 20° C

Tensile strength on timber in excess of 500 psi (3.5 Mpa) which exceeds timber strength.

Health and Safety: Avoid skin contact with both Part A and B. Epoxies and their curing agents can cause dermatitis and sensitisation. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
