Optiseal A & B

DESCRIPTION :  Optiseal / Floorseal is a two pack low viscosity Epoxy Sealer containing adhesion promoters and surface wetting additives to ensure correct wetting and penetration of acid etched concrete floors.

USES : As a total dust sealer system for concrete and wood floors where dust may create problems, sealer and adhesion promoter for Armepoxy or Aquepoxy flooring systems. Its uses ensures adhesion to porous concrete and improves top coat coverage rates. Excellent sealer to bind plywood laminations before overcoating.

APPLICATION : One coat only is required for a sealer to correctly prepared dry concrete. Acid etching and waterblasting is essential, and wet vacuum will assist with drying speed. Allow 2 hours before overcoating. Apply 2 coats for dust sealer. Allow 2 hours between coats and 24 hours before heavy traffic.

POT LIFE - DRY TIME : 
Touch Dry - 2 hours (can be used at temperature around 3ºC)
Recoat - 2 hours
Pot Life - 1 hour

COVERAGE : 2.5 m² per litre, depending on surface porosity

MIXING : Mix A & B, 1 to 1 equal parts. Allow to stand 5 minutes, then stir and use.

PACKAGING : 1, 5 Litres

CLEAN UP : Special Finishes A.P. Thinners, Cleansol, Armepoxy Solvent
