Polyfloor

DESCRIPTION : Polyfloor is manufactured from a marine quality urethane that provides outstanding chemical, abrasion, corrosion and water resistance. To be used in extreme environmental situations for maintenance, protection and durability.

FEATURES :

* Good solvent resistance

USES : Polyfloor is used as a single pack floor-coating over Acid Etched concrete floors, asphalt courtyards, tennis courts, driveways, plywood, particle board, pine, custom wood, Harditex fibre cement board on flooring, etc.

PREPARATION : Always Acid Etch new and existing old concrete. Wash with clean water or waterblast clean, completely removing all loose sand, cement etc. When dry vacuum up loose dust or use wet vacuum.

Thin first coat 25% with White Spirits. Allow 4-6 hours then apply 2 coats as supplied.
Allow 8 hours between coats.

For best results under all steel, use 2 coats Tetracure P10 Primer to sandblasted steel

APPLICATION : Using roller, brush, airless spray, pressure pot spray

Brush/Rolling - apply 1 coat. Allow 4-6 hours. Apply second and third coats as required.

THINNING & CLEAN UP : Use White Spirits/Turps/Brush Wash.

COVERAGE : 8-12 m² per litre per coat, dependent on substrate type

COLOURS : White and all B.S. colours available

PACKAGING : Supplied in - 1, 2, 4, 10 Litre steel D.G. pails

N.Z. DANGEROUS GOODS CLASS : Flammable Liquid, 3B
