SEALKOTE 50S WATERPROOFING SYSTEM

DESCRIPTION: Sealkote 50S is a clear chemical aqueous solution incorporating blends of water repellent additives, including a high performance silicone designed to penetrate and bond to the surface of bricks, Hardiflex, blocks, concrete, concrete roof tiles - and will react with Calcium Oxide in cement, forming crystallised water shedding properties.

USES: Sealkote 50S is used to waterproof concrete, brick, tile roofs, limestone buildings, churches, schools, museums, shopping complexes and large commercial buildings.

FINISH: Clear, natural, non-gloss finish

APPLIED: By roller, spray, airless spray, spray pump.

APPLICATION: Apply over dry surface and by totally flooding substrate

DRY TIME: Allow minimum of 24 hours for Sealkote 50S to react (before rain fall), and 3-7 days for full cure and development of full efficiency.

COVERAGE: Apply at 2-5 m2 per litre, depending on substrate porosity.

DILUTION: Do not dilute Sealkote 50S (use as supplied).

CLEAN UP: Water

WARNING: Due to Sealkote 50S' high alkalinity, it should not be applied with any equipment comprising of aluminium or light alloys. Avoid over-spraying onto aluminium, joinery, door frames, wood, or any light alloys. Avoid any over spray on glass - it may etch onto surface.

HEALTH AND SAFETY: Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. Wash immediately with water. For eyes wash with copious amounts of water and consult Doctor for medical advice.

SAFETY: Use gloves, overalls, goggles, etc. Spraying in confined areas use correct breathing respirator.
