Tetrafloor

DESCRIPTION : TETRAFLOOR is a ready-to-use single pack vinyl based floor coating. It is designed as a simple colour coat with good overall properties providing an economical system. TETRAFLOOR is solvent based with a low surface tension to give optimum penetration into cement based surfaces.

USES : Suitable as a floor coating on any concrete, plaster or fibre cement board , Available in BS5252 and AS2700 colour range. Custom colours also available.

Tetrafloor soaks into the substrate and gives colour to the surface layer of concrete thereby giving a long lasting colour when subjected to foot traffic. Recoating as and when required is a simple process with minimal preparation necessary.
Suited for general factory and warehouse areas subjected to foot traffic, areas subjected to fork hoists and steel wheel trolleys may require recoating more often.
Often used as an economical colour coat and dust sealer on concrete floors prior to future floor coverings.

APPLICATION : 

TETRAFLOOR is supplied as a ready-to-use product for roller or brush application to the surface.
If spraying further thinning with TETRASOLVE REDUCER may be necessary to allow proper atomisation of the paint. Typically 25 to 50% extra solvent may be needed depending on the gun set up and the air supply.
Apply at 10 m² per litre for unthinned material, adjust spread rate of thinned material to achieve the same application rate.

CAUTION : Product contains flammable liquid. Keep away from sparks and open flames. Do not smoke during use. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid breathing vapours. Contains aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. Do not apply in confined spaces without appropriate breathing apparatus.
Wear gloves, goggles and protective clothing during use. Excessive skin contact may cause dermatitis.
